Is it free to search for rooms?
Yes. Browsing, map search, filters and contacting owners are completely free for customers.
How do I contact an owner?
Log in and open any listing. You can call, WhatsApp or chat with the owner in-app, and schedule a visit.
What does the Verified badge mean?
The lister has uploaded government ID and property documents which our team has checked. Verified listers' listings go live instantly.
How do I list my property?
Go to your profile and switch to lister mode. Your free trial starts immediately and you can post your first listing in a few minutes.
Why is my listing pending?
Listings from unverified listers are reviewed by our team, usually within a few hours. Get verified to skip the queue.
What happens when my plan expires?
We remind you a few days before. If the plan ends, your listings are hidden until you renew — nothing is deleted.
