RoomMyRent connects people looking for rooms, flats and PGs with property owners, dealers and PG operators. We do not own, rent or manage any property.
2. Listers
Listers must provide accurate information, real photos and must have the right to rent the property. Listings that are fake or misleading will be removed and the account may be blocked.
3. Customers
Always visit a property and verify documents before paying any money. RoomMyRent does not collect rent, deposits or booking amounts.
4. Subscriptions
Plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Listings are hidden automatically when a plan expires.
